REFUND / EXCHANGE
Shady Sports is happy to refund or exchange your item only if the product is faulty by Shady Sports. Please inspect on arrival. If item is defective, damaged or wrong order, contact us info@shadysports.com.au & we will get back to you as soon as possible.
RETURN POLICY
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase. For International customers we allow 30 days from receiving your order. Returns received outside of our return period may not be accepted. Please keep in mind postage times when sending your items back and ensure the product arrives at Shady Sports warehouse in the return time period. We only accept returns when it isn’t the product you ordered or the product has defects.
